The lowest-premium way to own a troy ounce of gold. You get a one-ounce minted bar of .9999 fine gold, sealed in an assay card, from a refiner accredited by the London Bullion Market Association.
Because we don't promise a particular brand, we can ship whichever LBMA-accredited bar we bought best that week: PAMP, Valcambi, Argor-Heraeus, Perth Mint and others all appear. Every one carries its weight, purity and a serial number, and every one is accepted by dealers worldwide.
Bars cost less than coins because there is no sovereign mint and no face value in the price. The trade-off is that coins are slightly easier to sell to private buyers.
Don't break the assay seal. An intact card is what makes the bar quick to resell.

Why is the card price higher?
Card networks charge us a fee on every card payment. Our list price is the card price; paying by bank transfer (ACH) or wire saves you 4%.
