Shipping & insurance
Every order ships fully insured, in plain packaging, with a signature required at delivery.
Cost
- Free on orders of $199 or more.
- Free on your first order, whatever its size.
- Otherwise $9.95, insured.
When it ships
Card orders ship once payment is confirmed. Bank transfer and wire orders ship once the funds have cleared. Orders ship within 3 business days of payment clearing; we email tracking the day it ships. If we can't ship within that time, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Packaging
Nothing on the outside says what's inside or who it's from beyond a return address. Coins ship in their original capsules or mint tubes; bars in sealed assay cards where the mint provides them.
Where we ship
US street addresses only. We can't ship insured bullion to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
Who can sign
Anyone at the address can sign, so choose one where someone will be in. We can hold a shipment at a carrier location for pickup with ID if that suits you better; ask before it ships. We don't ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders or addresses that don't match the payment.
If something goes wrong
Every shipment is insured door to door by us, not by you. If tracking stalls or a delivery is recorded that you didn't receive, tell us within 3 days of that date and we file the claim. See returns for what happens next.
